Can't sleep ?

The following articles have been reprinted with the permission of the author, LEUT Sarah Chapman RANR. Sarah's office is two down from mine and I am sure that she has been put there to confirm my sanity, but I am a wise old stoker that had pusser's bluffed for twenty years so I am sure that I can conceal my real mental state for a little while longer. I am not so sure about John Rana though, his mood swings are becoming more noticable every day. I put it down to old age.

Sarah's studies into the modern submariner should go a long way towards ensuring that their welfare is being considered, based on factual studies performed in the real environment.

These articles have generated a lot of interest, and have been written in an interesting and informative style.

Sarah's interest in all things submarine has resulted in her becoming a member of the SAA.

I recommend that you take the time to read some of her articles, she is not the pusser's pysch that we are familiar with.

Thanks Sarah

Sarah spends a considerable amount of time and effort researching the problems associated with sleep deprivation and the inability to get to sleep. This research has found a solution that works for many and I suggest that you give this a go to: CAN'T SLEEP?

(PS: Sarah, I need a new prescription for the anti-depressants and think that my paranoia is getting better as I am sure that only 2 cars followed me to work today. Could I change my next appointment to 1400, I'm too depressed to get up any earlier.)
